Warranty conditions

The product was manufactured with utmost care and inspected before shipment.

The manufacturer provides a 24-month-long warranty from the date of sale for ECONOLINE and LORIKA series, they provide a 60-month-long warranty from the date of sale for CLASSIC and KLIMASTAR series.

The condition for an extended warranty (CLASSIC and KLIMASTAR chairs) are regular annual chair inspections and chair maintenance, repair and replacement of defective spare parts. The first inspection must be performed within 2 years after beginning of usage.

The condition for a warranty (ECONOLINE and BASIC chairs) are regular annual chair inspections and chair maintenance, repair and replacement of defective spare parts.

The warranty does not apply to parts of the chairs which are subject to usual wear and tear - gliders, castors, surface wear of seat, backrest, and other parts of the chair and its accessories.

The warranty does not apply to chairs with unreadable or missing registration label.

The warranty does not apply to damages caused intentionally, or by activity that is out of ordinary use of the chair. The maximum load of the chair is 120 kg.

The warranty does not apply to damages caused by improper installation, or by unauthorized intrusion into individual parts of the product.

The warranty does not apply to damages caused by water, pollution, improper cleaning, or by failing to observe the instructions for cleaning and maintenance of the product.

The warranty does not apply to chairs that are being used while they show a defect.

The warranty does not apply to defects of bases and gas springs caused by neglecting a wear control and a funcionality of gliders and castors control.

The performance of service activities in the scope of the warranty repairs is free when the chair is delivered for repair to the company headquarters in Olomouc. Lorika is not responsible for damages caused during transport if the transport is organized by the customer.

The performance of service activities within the warranty repairs at the customer's is charged.

The warranty service is performed only on chairs supplied by Lorika.

The warranty and out of warranty repairs are performed on an in-advanced agreed date.

Lorika is not responsible for any possible damages or injuries caused by the usage of chairs.
